They wanted to charge me $60 for a women's winter wool coat. This is double of what you pay in the upper east side, the place i will take the coat to get cleaned.

Unfortunately, the below mentioned proprietress is no longer there. A real loss to the business and neighborhood. My wife and I were deeply saddened at the passing of the former proprietor at this location. Mr. Aram was a consummate gentleman; hard, hard working and a pleasure to have done business with for two decades. Much to our delight the new proprietress is a gem and the work product of the cleaners is outstanding. Great customer service, a quick turnaround and always with a smile - what more can one ask?

Called ahead and came in the middle of the work day to get my brand new suit hemmed. Even though it was not busy, I was treated with disrespect and disregard by disorganized front desk and chaotic tailor. They aggressively wasted my time and took advantage of my good nature and patience. After so much of my day wasted, my garment crumpled and tossed in the corner and myself disregarded as a person, I decided to cut my losses and try a different shop the following day. When I asked for a refund of my $70, and to hand me back my suit they didn't even ask why. Not sure if it was because they know they messed up or they just don't care about the business. All I know is I'm not going back to find out.
