For a cleaner they certainly dont seem to get things clean. I got fed up with having to bring things back or spot clean after. Their wash and fold is no better with things coming back shrunken and faded.

I have lived in NYC for 30 years and this is the worst cleaners I have ever dealt with. The concept of customer service is non-existent here. They lost a pair of designer pants that was part of a suit but were not empathetic and in fact, quite nonchalant about it. One time when I called to ask if they had found it yet, she told me she couldnt speak to me then because she had a customer. What was Ichopped liver?? And although she said she would call me back, she never did. And when they found my pants 3 weeks later, it was I who called and learned that they found it! Youd think they would have wanted to let me know as soon as they found it, but no! So when I called, she tells me they have the pants and that I can come get them. Again, if customer service was at all a priority, they would have offered to deliver them to me. But no, they couldnt because I dont live in their delivery area. Mind you, my place is not a short walk, but definitely walkable. And for the trouble they caused, they should have gone out of their way. They didnt even waive the dry cleaning charge! Turns out shes not the owner. Guess thats why she didnt think it was terrible that they lost my pants and didnt need to think about customer service? Also they outsource their cleaning and the company that does the cleaning serves many shops. So seems like clothes end up in the wrong shop more often than one would like. So my advice? Stay away from this place.

$37 for dry cleaning two dresses only to bring them home to iron them myself. Waste of money. Small stains were gone but all the wrinkles from wearing the dresses were still there and on top of it, the fabric was more textured than when I droppped it off. Same thing happened earlier this summer with a pair of shorts, all the sitting marks were already there. When I pointed it out, they said those wouldn't get out but offered a free steaming - which did not help. My previous dry cleaners always removed the wrinkles. I guess I will be walking back up to union square every time now bc this place is a waste of money. Service: Organic dry cleaning
