Used dry cleaning (not tailoring) for a few dress shirts and 2 suits, and wash and press for a few dress shirts - everything came back great! Notably, they did NOT double crease the pants when ironing, which many places do. 5 stars, will use again! Little J's gets four, not five, stars because the quality of the laundering (I can't yet speak for the dry cleaning) and the near outrageous prices for tailoring. Recently, as in last week, having two skirts taken in cost $130. One cotton, one linen, both with very thin linings. $65 each. With Midway Cleaners having closed, and another nearby (and, unlike Midway, low quality) establishment shutting down, Little J's is almost the only game in the neighborhood for tailoring. The quality of the work is fine, and the prices are ridiculous. What the market will bear, obviously.

Not at all reliable for drop-off. A friend let me stay at her place while I was in town and she was away, so I thought the kind thing to do would be to launder her bedding and have it dropped off before she got back. I took it over and asked that it be washed, folded, and dropped off with her concierge (she lives next door) by 5:30pm next day, paid $3 extra for the rush. She came back to her apartment (5 days later) only to find nothing had been delivered and they were closed as it was past closing time. She works late, so I opted for delivery for this exact reason. She went in to pick it up once they opened the next morning and they had it washed and folded, and promptly handed it over. They mentioned nothing about why they did not deliver it in the last week nor did they apologize.
