I had an AMAZING God-appointed time with Kyira and Keys to Abundant Life. I am a Pastor in the Midwest and was introduced to Kyira at a tough time in my life. I was going through depression and divorce while in great need of life change. I was also coming off a very difficult battle with COVID 19. Kyira introduced me to the Keys model and facilitated a nutritional shift in my life. I was taught things Ive never known and introduced to nutritional concepts I would have previously not considered.Thanks to Keys I am wiser, healthier and happier. Thank you Kyira and Keys for your transformational mission and work.

We did a cooking competition as a team builder. We had to work together, channel our creativity, and pay attention to the rules. :) We had lots of fun, with our colleagues and learned how to make a fresh pesto pasta. They brought everything that we needed, so all we had to do was show up! I would use them again!
