I am usually the one who plans all of our company events, but this was one that I was able to sit back and enjoy. Ekamona production literally handled EVERYTHING. I inquired the day before as to what time I should arrive and what I should bring. The event planner told me that everything had been taken care of and that all I had to do was sit back and enjoy the event, which I did! We were recommended by a friend of ours to Ekamona Event Planner. Mona and team had coordinated our friends wedding and we had heard so many good things about them. They coordinated our wedding beautifully; the entire 14 hours went by so smooth that we didn't have to worry at all! We were ON TIME for everything and got to enjoy every moment. I highly recommend hiring a wedding event planner in Newyork for the day of. You don't want to deal with the craziness. You also don't want a friend or relative helping out as the wedding event planner because they will not be able to fully enjoy the wedding as a guest. I learned that firsthand when I was the coordinator for my friend's wedding. I am a planner myself so was very careful about who I hired. I wanted someone who was top notch and affordable and Mona Gbedobor and her Ekamona Production event planner team are fantastic. It doesn't get any better than them. Mona goes above and beyond the call of duty and has very good energy. She also has a very calming demeanor which is necessary when dealing with guests, vendors and the tasks at hand.
