Loved the whole idea of this place and the service was great!

I am dissapointed with my experience and do not plan to return to Naturopathica. This used to be my pre pandemic go-to facial but today's experience was severely sub-par and I would not recommend to anyone. My therapist (Karen) did not ask me anything specific about my skin as we started and the bulk of the experience was a silly arm and face massage (not at all what I was looking for). I had paid for an expensive 15 minute add on service which I only received for about 2-3 minutes. When I brought this up to the front desk, they blamed "on-time arrival" as the reason I didn't get the full 15 minutes. I am hopeful that management will reach out to make this right.

My friend gifted me a gift card for the Nourish facial. But when I went to the NYC location I was told by the receptionist that she couldnt find the number of the gift card in the system and I should call/email customer service. After calling now for weeks and leaving messages with my information and emailing explaining my situation I got ignored. Its so frustrating and unfair. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. So be careful not to purchase any gift cards with this company because theyll shamelessly ghost their customer.
