        Hello, I purchased this Coach bag on January 2, 2024, and not even three months later, it has developed black stains !!! The COACH customer service doesn't consider my request, and my two-year warranty does not apply. No COACH specialist has examined my bag. This is unacceptable for a LUXURY brand that prides itself on quality customer service. I really don't recommend this store at all for its customer service !!!
