        I don't know where to leave this review so it's going to have to go on my local store. I had to contact Furla customer support online regarding a recent purchase I made and they literally CANNOT offer ANY help at all. NONE. It appears there is a missing piece of hardware on my bag and wanted to confirm it was included and if I could have it sent to me. The rep person literally said they don't have parts, offer any warranty for them, and whether the bag even comes with it they said "maybe it has it maybe it doesn't." What is even the point of the customer service line if it operates like this? You might as well just say you don't have customer service.

        I left my bag for service repair. I was expecting that they will do little bit the cleaning as they do for another brands because I paid $70 with tax for replacing the broken lock. It is already 25% price of the bag. I really like Furla bags, but repair service is so disappointing.
