COACH

If I could I would give 10 stars to this store and the people working over here. I visited the Coach store few days back to return one of the purse I had ordered. I was received by a Sales Representative named Amanda. She was courteous, empathetic, and professionally excellent. Amanda solved my issue within minutes. Thank you! I am in the market for some clutch purshes and on knowing that she showed me some cute new clutch options and shared her expertise. Her communication style and down to earth approach spoke volumes about the culter are Coach. I will definitely return to this brand and store specifically for a welcoming and down to earth vibe. Keep up the great work Amanda! Coach is lucky to have you! :)

If I could give this store a 0 I would, the customer service here is disgusting. I shop at Coach all The time online and in store my daughter saw a bear display and she wanted to simply take a picture next to it a coach employee who refused to give me her name afterwards blocked the entrance told My daughter she could not touch the bear which is fine and I understand but blocking the entrance was completely unnecessary and then proceeded to ask me if I was going to shop at the store, so basically if I not going to purchase you cannot come in? That really sucks considering I do shop at Coach all the time funny thing is I was actually wearing a coach bag when this happened , I’m really disappointed probably will reconsider next time I want to shop at Coach, really sad this person represents Coach

The products here are pretty new. But the customer services is just disappointing. I went in there with my husband and this young girl came and great with us. I showed her a picture of what I looking for. And she said we don’t have that bag and walk away. Just walk away. Ok fine and we continue look on the other side of the store which is NORMAL PRICE. Oh suddenly she came back and said to us “you do know that we have some promotion which is 50% over that side” then walk away again ! Great services !
