To preface this review, I have been a loyal customer of Coach for the past 5 or so years. I have bought all my backpacks, wallets, and belts from other Coach stores and have always appreciated the amazing customer service as well as the quality products that have lasted me several years and counting. However, my experience at this store may just have been the one that has ruined it all. I walked in and was hardly greeted by any of the employees. Long day perhaps, no problem, I thought. But then, as I was browsing, I noticed an employee tailing me discreetly. Even when I went upstairs, he followed me up, and then proceeded to pretend to rearrange some watches. When I went downstairs, he followed right after. It felt absolutely awful to be placed under such suspicion without just cause, and I felt perhaps even racially profiled. At other stores that I have visited, I have received a friendly greeting and even bottles of water with no expectation of purchase. Here, all I received were cold glares and suspicion. Coach just lost a loyal customer, and I would encourage anyone visiting this store to look elsewhere for a better experience.
