        I visited Matles Florist today and was disappointed with my experience. While I was speaking on the phone in Spanish, the owner asked if I needed help. I replied that I didn't, but then asked a question about a plant. Unfortunately, his response came across as condescending, as if I should have known the answer. When I asked for clarification, he seemed frustrated. Additionally, he requested that I lower my phone volume, which I found unnecessary since I wasn't being disruptive. I believe that effective communication and cultural sensitivity are essential in customer service. I hope that Matles Florist will take my feedback into consideration and improve their customer experience. There is always a way to communicate respectfully and efficiently. Apparently, I cant ask the owner a question while I have someone on the phone.

      No harm done, next time you should be more polite and hang up the phone when you speake to me. I answered your questions politely and it got nothing to do with race...most people here at matles speaks Spanish. Yossi, owner
