Edible Arrangements

The customer service is horrible, they lied about the order being out for delivery, when you attempt to track the order they never updated the status. Dont order from this location. Ive ordered from edible arrangements many times and this was the worst experience. This wasnt even the store I selected to begin with, the original store I selected transferred my order to them and didnt notify me via email or phone.

the worst service I ordered on February 14 at 11 am for delivery the same day and paid 15 dollars for that delivery and still today February 15 I have not received anything I have called 50 times and nobody answers the phone, do not order from here.

We ordered a Valentine's Day platter for our daughter and her office mates. The chocolate covered strawberries were delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. They arrived mid-day... perfect! Thank you!

Service suck Today 2/3/ 22 I call the store the lady been rude and i try to be nice with nice good morning and she so rude Customer service really suck they need to change it , because this store have bad reputation with the workers there..
