DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I REPEAT- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Here's the long and short of it...Ordered "Bouquet and Balloon Bundle" for Mother's Day for my mother. She received the order without the balloon. Wouldn't have known it had she not sent a picture with her holding just the bouquet of flowers ( which looked old and already wilted, might I add). Called to inquire about missing balloons and I was told that they had ran out of balloons!!!! No one EVER reached out to me to inform me that there was no " bundle" . They had plenty of time to contact me. Edible Arrangements was just going to take my money and RUN!!! They would rather intentionally deliver the wrong order than risk a cancellation. They engaged in deceptive, unethical practices by delivering the order despite it being the WRONG order and NOT what I ordered!! I requested a refund for balloons and called corporate to make a formal complaint about this business' poor and unethical practices. They stated that there was nothing they could do. This is not the response I was looking for from corporate. There is ALWAYS something you can do to make things right when a customer is reaching out to make a formal complaint about one of your franchises. Nevertheless, I will NO LONGER PATRONIZE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AND WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
