This is a very cute store, but I feel like I got ripped off. They only issue store credits for returns and no one tells you this when you make a purchase. No one was going to tell me this even while processing my return either. Had I not noticed the associate manually opt out of issuing my refund to my original form of payment and opt into the gift card option, I wouldve been watching my credit card statement for a refund that would never come. When I explained that they should really state this policy to customers, the sales associate pointed to where it says this on my receiptwhich of course youd only learn after making a purchase. They also pointed to a hardly legible sign behind the counter that apparently states their store credit only policy. Very disappointed. I left my first visit thinking Id be a regular customer, but now I feel like I was conned. If youre going to commit to the harsh store credit only policy, at least make the effort to make people aware of it up front. I probably still wouldve purchased my same items, but at least I wouldve been fully aware of the risk and wouldnt have left my second visit aggravated and not looking forward to my my forced next visit to spend my store credit.
