Received strawberries as a gift all strawberries was rotten . And to mention there was a specific order but they didnt have it so I had to settle for what they wanted me to settle for . Worst place . I would not recommend

My boyfriend went to get me edibles for vday. He noticed the quantity was off and called me. He explained that he paid $54 for there to only be 9 strawberries. I knew it was too good to be true so I called the company. The company told me there was supposed to be 12, and made it seem as though my bf and I were lying. First off my bf doesnt eat strawberries, second of all the presentation was so trash that I wouldnt have ate it. We were mad because we clearly paid more for a less amount of strawberries. The manager was very rude on the phone too! I will never support their business again.

Placed an order for valentines day and never was received. I was charged and when trying to contact the store, there's no response or email back. Extremely disappointed. The franchise should audit this location and question their business practices for lack of communication but still charging the customer.
