I was in and out in 30 min with gorgeous hair. Place is clean and staff very friendly.

Never go to this place! The staff so rude. No one knows what they are doing and the stylist are all so bad. You are treated like a number. This place is a cash cow. They only care about the money.

This location was super convenient and the team was great. What I struggled with was Drybar’s online appointment scheduled which double charged me a cancellation fee when I switched locations after seeing the negative reviews in the east side location. I can’t say I care for their very slow customer service so would just be careful about the appointment scheduler. Service: Hairstyling

I have never had a bad time at Drybar, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review – the service I received at this location was so bizarrely far out from the typical Drybar experience I was legitimately shocked. TL; DR: I quite literally left grateful to be out of there. I first suspected something was up when the stylist washed my hair; he was so rough I literally felt like he was pulling it. He was so frenzied I was smacked in the face with my own hair and sprayed with water. Legit felt like I was given whiplash. He also got water in my ears multiple times and … would stick his finger in my ear to wipe it out! It made me so uncomfortable. I just felt like he felt rushed the entire time – he kept yanking on my hair with the brush and whacked me in the face with both the dryer and the brush multiple times and kept bumping me with the dryer cord. To top it all off, I asked for loose waves and ended up with brittle sausage curls formed with an iron. It was just clear to me this person had no mastery of their craft whatsoever. Overall, such an unpleasant experience end-to-end I am hesitant to ever return to this location. Service: Hairstyling
