        I booked online 2 days in a row. The first day I couldn’t make it on time so I called in to push my appointment back 15mins and they coordinated with me over the phone, then I realized I was going to be more than 15 mins, so I missed my appt entirely. The next day I rebooked and it allowed me to, come to find out this salon is in a condo that is exclusive to its residents - yet they didn’t bother telling me this over the phone. I showed up and the doorman had to inform me, and there was no one working there at the hours I booked so I couldn’t speak to anyone in person for e refund either. Worst customer service ever and waste of $180
