Everyone is lovely and the spa is clean. However if you have thick/long hair, this isn’t the place for you. I paid up for a ten minute scalp massage that I did not receive. This is partially on me because I did not remind her, but it was written all over all of my appointment paperwork. I asked for big voluminous curls and I got some loose curls at the end. Fine. They fell out truly within half a hour. I didn’t even make it back to my apartment from the salon. If you have shorter hair I’m sure they will nail it. But if you have long hair, this isn’t the place.

My hairstylist was super rude! She didn't want to listen and just gave me a terrible attitude from the beginning. I told her this was my first visit and she didn't seem to care. Absolutely not going back.

the place is very pretty and the people are very nice but my hair turned out terrible. scheduled an appointment for 10:45 and only started at 11:10. the chairs are turned around so you can’t see if you don’t like something in the mirror and have to wait till the end and awkwardly say oh yeah it looks nice. i could have done a way better job. i am going to have to wash my hair again because it feels gross . i wish i had a better experience. Always a good blowout — I usually go here before weddings (cheaper than opting into the bridesmaid hair stylist that’s normally double the price). Felt very safe during COVID. Friendly and professional staff. Loved my hair!
