0/10. I made an appointment through the website and received a confirmation. I showed up and was told to sit and my stylist would be right with me. I checked three times to see if I was checked in and showed my confirmation. They said wait. 45 minutes and nothing. I googled a picture to find my my stylist, Discolourist, who was just walking around hanging out gabbing the entire time. I went up told him that Im booked with him and have been waiting. He told me thats not true bc he doesnt have anyone scheduled and that its not his problem and to deal with reception if I want a new appointment bc theyre closing now. Their version of trying to make it right was asking me when I would like to come back. Im a beauty editor who has tried Jenna Perry, Rob Peetoom, NYC the team, and Ive never had such a rude and dismissive experience.

5/5 highly recommend this hair salon! Mark did my hair and gave me the best haircut Ive ever had. His hands are magical! The front desk to the assistant were so incredibly nice! The space is beautiful and the customer service is impeccacle!
