        Jacob gave me my first official balayage highlights and I was really happy with the results! Something that I really appreciated was him being upfront with the process before starting on my hair, so that I knew what hair color I would have. Usually this doesn't happen and I end up with a wrong color or the highlights I didn't ask for. He was super friendly, funny and definitely worked hard on making sure I would get the results I wanted. He really cared about making sure we were on the same page about the color I was thinking of, and he was really patient too which was helpful because I know absolutely nothing about hair. I've never had my hair done to where I loved my hair and I'm really glad I chose Jacob, the salon is known for being the best highlights salons and he definitely took his time and didn't rush anything.         I want to thank Jacob for giving me a brand new hair and confidence! All of my life I have never done anything big to my hair and a main part of the reason is that I’ve always been scared that if I let other people touch my hair they will ruin my hair. My hair is like my baby to me! From the time I walked into the salon to the time I got out Jacob made me feel so comfortable. He made sure I was good every step of the way. I went from black untouched hair to caramel balayage highlights with a several purple strands. Jacob was so gentle and polite with me and didn’t burn my scalp or pull my hair. I went to work feeling like a new person with confidence and I got so many, many, many compliments. Thank you Jacob for the beautiful service.
