I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service of a housekeeper named True Leader during my stay at Courtyard Hotel Midtown East. After enduring a disappointing cleaning job by Angela from March 24th to March 27th, True Leader came to our rescue on March 28th and completely transformed our experience. True Leader's attention to detail and commitment to excellence were immediately evident as soon as we entered our room. The room was impeccably clean, with every surface sparkling and every corner meticulously attended to. True Leader went above and beyond by not only cleaning the room but also changing all the linens and blankets, ensuring that we had a comfortable and refreshing stay. What truly set True Leader apart was their exceptional customer service and dedication to guest satisfaction. Despite the elevator being out of order, True Leader took it upon themselves to ensure our comfort and convenience by escorting us to use the employees' elevator. This gesture of kindness and consideration truly went above and beyond our expectations. True Leader's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on us. We are incredibly grateful for True Leader's exceptional service and consider them a true champion in their field. We look forward to returning to Courtyard Hotel Midtown East and specifically requesting True Leader to service our room once again, as their exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable.
