The breakfast room is much too small for the size of the hotel (31 floors), it is always overcrowded and you eat while standing up if necessary. Rooms and furnishings are otherwise completely ok. Friendly and helpful staff.

Booked for a family member that got stuck in NY for the night. Phone died, we called front desk to request a wake up call at 6:00am, did not hear from him, called hotel at 7:40am to ask for another call to room. We were told, no problem we will call now. Found out later no call made, found out phone in room not even hooked up! Horrible customer service Safety: Phones not hooked up

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. This establishment is close to several points of interest that you can reach very quickly on foot: the heart of Wall Street, One World Trade Center, Brooklyn Bridge, the ferry to the Statue of Liberty, Charging Bull, ... the Fulton Street Subway Station is about a 10-minute walk away, and it serves many stations, including stations in midtown Manhattan. In addition, you will find many businesses on Fulton Street. The staff at the property were very helpful. The rooms could do with a little updating, but they remain comfortable. Unlimited coffee, tea and lemon water are available 24 hours a day in the lobby. I could happily return to this hotel during my next stay in New York.
