Great hotel - rooms are clean and new. The free breakfast was awesome. The location is great as well - close to Columbus Circle and Central Park.

The location is very central, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room 406 was clean and technically ok. You'll be looking for storage space for suitcases and contents in vain. Cruise ships do this better in the same confined space. The view on this level is horrible, max. 8m view of a factory with a constantly running loud air conditioning system. It's better to leave your own air conditioning off when you sleep because it's efficient but loud. The included breakfast is an American plastic battle, culinary with a lot of room for improvement. I can't judge price/performance very well because I have no comparison. Prices in NY are a pretty far-fetched story for me anyway.
