The Helmsley Medical Tower - Hotel

It would be fine if the staff at the desk were more pleasant and professional. Andres? Not sure if his name, was terrible! It was a Saturday nite 4/6. He actually hung up on me when I called the desk! This was infuriating. Many of your guests are sick or have family in the hospital thats sick. We need compassion not a rude attitude. I was very disappointed. We stay here often because of the proximity to the hospitals. So much for kindness . M. Bannett-Gomez.

Had been meaning to write a review but have had a heck of a year. All is now finally settling down. I still remember fondly my/our 3 week stay here, December/January 2022/2023. Coming in from out of state for my son to have surgery at Sloan. My service dog, too. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and kind. The room was perfect for our needs. Having a full kitchen and the grocery one block away. The great 24hr deli across the street, and a 3 minute walk to Sloan while my son was admitted for a week? It made an emotional and trying time comfortable and so much better. Im hoping we never ever ever need to stay here again but if we do? This is 100% where we will stay. Greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all at the Hemsley and I am so grateful youre there for families and patients before and after what is never an easy time for any
