An excellent address in New York that I recommend without hesitation. I stayed there for 1 week at the beginning of April and appreciated the location in a quiet and safe area, very close to many attractions and metro stations. The staff is very friendly and always available. The apartment located on the 27th and top floor was superb, on a corner with a view of the East River. The only downside concerns the heating, which is totally insufficient due to the huge bay windows which cool the apartment.

What a fantastic place to stay! Rooms were spacious - having a kitchen and living room was so handy and the staff were beyond awesome. Really well connected in terms of proximity to the subway and south street seaport without having the overcrowding of midtown. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! Rooms: Spacious, great view, clean, large tv, kitchen, living room and dining table, toilet room and separate shower and toilet. Nearby activities: South street seaport, Brooklyn bridge, funny face bakery, the coffee project, Westville bar in the hotel, the full shilling, WTC memorial, water taxis, helicopter, battery park, Staten Island ferry.

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers were pleasantly surprised in all areas. We lived in an apartment for 4 people on the 25th floor. Our boys used the training facilities. It was not necessary to wash clothes, but it is good to know that the hotel offered this at no other cost, a detergent. The room with kitchen facilities was well equipped for the time we stayed there (1 week). What additionally stood out were very professional, pleasant and attentive staff who attentively welcomed us with discreet attention when we went out and returned all the days we stayed there. We were very well looked after and we felt very welcome. Rooms: Good space, good sense of space (high under the roof) with plenty of space for storing luggage etc, comfortable beds. Honest photos on the hotel's website! Noteworthy details: Properly equipped kitchen for shorter stays, and with e.g. microwave, induction hob and large combi cupboard (fridge and freezer) to make simple dishes for breakfast and supper. Lots of cupboard space! Pleasant with many books that were placed on small shelves. Too bad we didn't take more time to check out everything the hotel had to offer, but we know where we want to stay the next time we go to NYC.
