        Service was amazing! So friendly and helpful! They even held our bags for us while they were getting our room ready so we grabbed a light brunch and, sure enough, our room was ready! Rooms: The rooms were a bit larger than I would have expected so that was great Food & drinks: No complimentary breakfast, and you have to pay for all the snacks except the coffee. Noteworthy details: No microwave!!!! Safe was in the bottom drawer in the nightstand, shelves in the closet were perfect for dirty clothes. Not many places to put luggage.

        Great boutique hotel. Rooms are spotless, beds exceptionally comfortable, high quality linens, very quiet. Bar is cozy with a nice fireplace. All staff are very friendly and helpful. A great choice for the Upper West Side.

I would like to correct one comment, the water and snacks we provide in all our rooms are complimentary. There is no charge for these items. Additionally it should be mentioned that unlike most hotels we do not charge any resort/facility fee.
