We had a bad experience at this hotel!! **Their temperature panels do not work** First night we arrived around midnight and had to switch room THREE times because every room we were given was NOT equipped with a functional panel. And everytime we have to wait for a maintenance person to come up and check it over. Obviously we can't live in a room that's either too cold or has no AC or light does not turn on. In the end they had to give us a room with accessibility features, but it is much smaller than the ones we had before. Besides, this room has a lower price than the regular room with a king size bed + city view that we paid for. The next day we wanted to talk to the front desk and ask for another switch because 1. We don't need the accessibility features. The shower head is positioned at our neck and can't be adjusted. 2. This is not the room we paid for, it's much smaller. The lady at the front desk was very rude, basically told us there is no room available in a very impatient manner. The least she could do is to apologize. Overall very disappointed in the staff of this hotel and its features.

The worst hotel experience ever. I have never written a review for hotels before and the experience I had compelled me to write a review so people are aware. I never understood people complaining about the "service" aspect of hotels until I dealt with the staff working at this property. 1. They falsely advertised the 2br suite. When we raised the issue, the manager did not believe our complaint was valid and had to send someone up with a tape measure. The employee confirmed the bed was not a queen, but rather a full sized bed. We could not get a hold of anyone about this issue until the day after making multiple phone calls. 2. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE FOR ANYTHING. We called the front desk to ask for utensils, earplugs, and a late check out. People rarely pick up the phone morning, daytime, and evening. We were told that "90% of guests are diamond and we can't help you" along with many interesting comments and behaviors that you wouldn't even see at their lowest level brand, Homewood Suites. Just save your $ somewhere and stay anywhere but here. We ended up going to a different hotel (arguably a lower brand) and were so relieved that people treat you like guests with a proper hello and eye contact.

Came here for a one day business meeting and wont stay here for another time. Pros: Good location, room size and city view. Room price very reasonable. Front desk ladies are pretty nice and welcoming, the bellman is pretty nice as well. Cons: No pool! I chose this hotel because of the pool picture on google review but apparently thats from long time ago. They are currently building a new pool. Front desk men are definitely not Hilton level at all: One front desk male told us there are 100 diamonds members checking in everyday so our sad gold member status is nothing there while the other male told another couple: honey, u ordered through Priceline, u wanna a upgrade and u wanna a higher floor, u know I can even gave you a presidential suite right hahahaha. Never saw this in my life and was shocked this happens at Hilton. Burger at the restaurant took over 20 mins to serve and is way too oily, worst in my life too

I'm rating one star for service due to unavailability of negatives stars because the customer service experience that I felt while checking in from the Indian guy at the desk was horrible. His behavior towards customers is pathetic, rude and unfriendly.
