        Perfect location in Midtown for a first stay, many spots can be reached on foot. The price is reasonable when compared to hotels on the 44th. Spacious apartments, have been upgraded to an apartment with separate bedroom and courtyard. Very well insulated. Top kitchen equipment, spacious bathroom. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. We had an extraordinary week and the choice of AKA greatly contributed to it.

        Rooms: Very good and fully equipped rooms. Nearby activities: Right next to Times Square. Walkability: Few steps away from Times Square, subway stations, 5-10 minutes walk to Fifth Avenue, Target stores etc.

        Aka succeeds at hitting the right blend between an AirBNB vacation rental and a hotel. All of the details of these extended stay apartments are spot on, like comfortable mattresses, nice quality sheets, robes, and functional kitchen supplies. The location was the most premium of all, central without the noise or even the excessive press of people in Times Square. We slept without interruption, hearing neither our neighbors or street noise. Highly recommended for families or just travelers who like more space. Bravo aka, you were a bargain.

        You never know if it's day or night because of the darkness in the apartment. The furniture is in poor condition. The photos are Photoshopped and look new, but it is not reality. In the bathroom of the two-bedroom apartment you cannot move because of the little space there is. The toilet paper is next to the sink because it didn't fit next to the toilet. If your children are sleeping, don't take a bath, because it makes such a loud noise that you will wake them up. I complained about everything on the first day and they never called me until the last day because I complained so much in booking. They say the manager called me into the room several times during the day (who stays in the room in NY???). Could you call my cell phone or send me an email? It seems like they didn't want to solve the problem. For this money there are surely better things. Next time offer better solutions if you don't want to receive this criticism. Only one good thing is the people they have at the reception. Very friendly.
