Great location, stayed for 12 nights. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Room are very clean. There is a terrible rotting garbage smell in the elevator all the time that I think comes from the basement or the grocery store next door. The toilets run 24 hours a day. The shower curtain at one point was broken off the wall so it was attached at a different height, this meant that the shower curtain was too short to keep the water in the shower and turned the bathroom into a wet mess whenever you showered.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a 5 star review. Since I arrived at 5:28 PM. Check in is at 3 PM. However, my room was not ready. I had a king bed room reserved. I was given 2 queen beds instead. Supposedly, the room I was given was clean. When arriving to my room, the gentleman cleaning stated the room was not ready. Also stated, why they did not call to confirm if the room was available. He did a QUICK clean of the room. I am exhausted from my day travel and all I wanted was to lay down and relax. Besides, this the stay was good. The complimentary breakfast had different options. However, there was limited seating. Therefore I had to take my breakfast to my room. The people in the front desk were kind and professional.

If i could only give 0 stars literally at the airport in Denver traveling to nyc when i get a call this hotel cancelled my 6 day reservation. It was a non refundable stay, so they can cancel but i cant? Never again will i book with any Fairfield or associated hotel.
