What a horrible service. Our family of four visited ski resort Mont-Tremblant in Canada. Hotel Les Suites Tremblant promised free internet service during our stay. Wanderport was the internet provider for our resort. The "free service" was so slow we couldn't even upgrade to pay per day services. I think it was done on purpose because the only other option we've had was 24 hour internet service with "okay" speed for $9.95 but you'll have to purchase separately for each devise. Fast service was $20 per 24 hours per person. Total rip-off. Never again they will have my business. For $600 per night it should be embarrassing for property owners.
