    I have been trying to make a withdraw since February and its April right now. It was pending for about 3 weeks and when I called they said they would fix it and never did. Then they said my bank was the issue and we fixed that about a month ago. Now my money is still pending and everytime I call my phone call is ignored and sent for voicemail. They would always answer my phone calls but for the past week, it has been going straight to voicemail and they do not want to help me with my withdrawal. I told the customer service rep (Ken) how much I needed the money as soon as possible which is why I started the withdrawal in February and ever since then my phone call has been sent to voicemail. I wouldnt want to work with them again after this experience.

    Update: One more week has passed and this company hasnt solved anything nor give any update. Complete recklessness. Im extremely disappointed at their level of service especially after the new app. I reached out to support asking to close one specific account (gave the name & amount) yet to my surprise they closed all my accounts and I cant log in. I tried calling and whats app both unreachable. Email support are polite but helpless. I need to escalate this matter.

    Update: Earlier I was upset and wrote a review about my funds taking too long to withdraw. They called and reached out to me and were very nice and apologetic for my experience and will try to figure out why it took so long to withdraw my funds but it may be because the date I submitted my request didnt count and the holiday didnt count so they are actually still within the 7-8 days as promised if those 2 days are not counted. Also, Im told that withdrawing from IRA accounts take longer and is standard to take 7-8 business days. I requested withdrawal from both individual and Roth IRA and should hopefully receive the funds in my bank on this 7th-8th day not considering the other two days. It was frustrating for me because I needed the money asap, but I really appreciate their customer service. 5 stars for customer service and the support team in this particular experience. And I hope everyone else going forward has a smooth experience regarding their withdrawals. Thank you.
