        Have been attempting to transfer my funds for the last three months without luck. Have filled out their requested documents, twice! Numerous calls and no help or luck! Looking at BBB so many negative reviews! Any employer would be better off going through Edward Jones where you can reach a live person without numerous calls and more than a three month wait or numerous calls in one day that leaves you without more than three hours (and counting) stolen from your life to gain access to your funds! Definitely do your research, employers! Employees beware if you have an employer with this as their retirement financial institution. Shouldnt have to cost an individual legal advice to obtain their retirement funds to be transferred. So so sad!
