I rarely write reviews but this was by far the best experience I had in a jewelry store. Believe all the amazing reviews because theyre all on point. David is a gem! He is so sweet, professional and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the doors. I sold some jewelry I was no longer wearing and David was more than fair. He walked me through the whole process which was seamless and very enjoyable because David is so pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend this place and David!

I went to their new office on Canal street and met some dude who claims to be Davids brother. He was rude and disrespectful, kept reducing the price every time I agreed to a new price.

Youd be surprised with how much New York has a problem with storefronts. Store is coean, lots of inventory, but selling things at market price is a problem. Thats not the reason Im giving a four, its cuz every other one is in downtown. Thats not their fault, but the prices are.

Came here to get appraisal for a few items and had a wonderful experience! The staff/owners provide top quality service and are extremely knowledgable. They gave me a great appraisal and purchased my items for more than I expected. Furthermore they have an extensive collection of fine jewelry from all major designers. Could not recommend this place more for buying and selling fine jewelry!!
