Billie is not what you want in a landscape designer; whiny, unorganized, and unrealistic- also unable to cooperate with involved parties. I viewed one of her private properties in the tri-state area and was astonished that these people paid for what they ended up with. Garden and hardscape were not cohesive, to put it gently.
