This is the only place Id ever go for laser hair removal! Nicolle is so knowledgeable and kind and really takes time to walk you through the whole thing. She explained the different laser levels (which I had no idea different levels existed) and warned me about what might happen if I got too much sun exposure after laser. Nicolle is the only tech I will ever go to! The location itself is super clean and modern, check in is easy and you never have to wait, and they always call and text you to remind you about an appointment (which I need & love). Ladies, you need to come to actual professionals at Satori do not trust random people or spas to do your laser!

Ive been a loyal client of Satori Laser - Cortland St since 2021 and couldnt be happier with my results. Lauren is professional, kind and sweet - I always make sure I can grab some time with her because she makes the experience enjoyable. Cassie also very friendly and made my check-in/scheduling process very easy. Even though I no longer work in the area, I return to this location because of the staff. Thanks everyone!
