She also helps us find items that we want even though they are not in the store by ordering it for us or finding it from other locations. Why force people to make an appointment and then not even help them when they arrive? We waited 30+ minutes, no one helped us, no one checked in with us (I had to keep asking for updates), and they didnt even offer us water while we waited. Im 8 months pregnant, that is the least they could have done. I saw people who came without an appointment get helped before we did, the people with an appointment. Saw a lot of people sitting around waiting and not being helped at all. Second time weve had bad service here. Theres a difference between being exclusive and being disrespectful but this store hasnt figured that out.
