Poor customer service! My first order and only after paying for overnight do you get email stating itll be there next week. When I asked for help they reference hidden info you as a customer apparently should search out. Luxury brands should have excellent customer care. Not this brand! Ive never heard of overnight shipping that doesnt deliver on Saturday. If its not available you should t have it as an option at check out. Youd rather lose a repeat customer than offer some actual customer care. Its sad.

Awful service from the slavic lady with the orange-reddish hair. Maybe it was a bad day but incredibly short with me. Decided it was not a place I would like to spend my money. Fabulous lingerie and clothing, terrible service from this sales associate. She should get a different job.

I attended their latest event and it was so much fun! The people there were so cool and the associates helped me even though it was busy. I had a great experience with Amelia who helped me pick out a gorgeous dress that I put on my Christmas wishlist :) So great and Ill definitely be returning outside of an event!
