I misplaced my son's car keys and this company had them replaced within 24 hours. The new key was cut, and the central locking system was operational. No issues, no bother, everything was fine, and I would suggest it.

Excellent service arrived when they said they would in 20 minutes, all my car keys were functioning, and they even checked and reprogrammed my spare because I was having trouble.

Charged me $700 at night to get back into my apartment with two inflatable bags. Absolutely a rip-off.

Very misleading. First 2752 Broadway is Glitter Nail Spa. The thing that is somewhat a locksmith is at 2748. But it is just a hardware store that makes key copies in the back - they do not have locksmiths that can come to you and fix things. The hardware store has a different phone number than what is listed for the locksmith. The locksmith number is a clearing house for independent locksmiths city-wide. We had someone from there and change two locks on our apartment door. He seems to have done a good job. But when I looked online the next day, the lock he charged us $300 for goes for $46 commonly. So in retrospect, we were vastly overcharged. Should have done some research up front. But I suspect that is true for most of the positive reviews here - people are in a pinch, locked out, and are not being careful consumers. I am embarrassed that I was taken advantage of.
