Great dealership. I had an issue with my new car and Paulo the manager made sure it was properly handled. They also gave me a loaner for the duration. The car came back perfect and I couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend.

Made an appointment to look at a specific car. Waited an hour for a test drive although the dealership was not busy. Asked for pricing but was told the "manager" was not there so I could not get it at that time. Waited 3 days for a call, but nothing. I guess they really do not want to sell any cars. Rep was nice, but one of the most unprofessional car buying experiences I encountered. Went to Porsche instead and made a purchase same day. Maserati's loss.

I had a flat tire at 7pm and my sales rep called the 24 hour valet and they took my car saving me the nightmare of having to pay for a flatbed and go someplace else. I gave them a punchlist of things to do, and all were done without issue. Not the cheapest shop in Manhattan, but well worth every penny. Staff is very nice and they wash your car every time you leave. This is my first Maserati and wont be my last. Thank you, Alex

I have been searching for a new car for months and months and just recently stumbled up on the new 2023 Maserati Grecale. I went Maserati Manhattan to learn more about this beauty and I got the most amazing, stellar service. Dmitrii Doktor help me figuring out what I wanted, showed me all the different options and worked intense to find the exact match. Super service and very knowledgable about the Maserati (and Alfa) cars. I give him my very very best recommendations. Maserati Manhattan and Dmitrii will also be my partners in any future car search. Meantime I look forward to my new ride. :-)
