        All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There are so many other options for mens clothing on Fifth Ave but I just skip them and head into Bonobos every time. I never leave disappointed. Aaron is my go-to.

        As a first time customer, I had an excellent experience shopping for a tuxedo at Bonobos. I worked with Jacob Suthers, who I would highly recommend to anyone - he's an expert! I tried on many different sizes and styles over multiple visits to the store, and Jacob was always patient and committed to helping me find the best possible fit. I especially appreciated him sharing his extensive knowledge and advice as I was (slowly) making my decision. This all went a long way in making me feel confident in my purchase. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better shopping experience!
