        During a holiday visit to NYC my wife and I noticed the Richard James store on Park Avenue and walked in. We had the nicest shopping experience ever! A gentleman named Jonathan was very attentive giving advice and answering questions. Purchased the nicest dinner jacket and turtle neck shirt. Highly recommend!

        Had a terrific experience both in New York and at the bespoke location on Savile Row, in London. Kevin, in NY from the London store, took my fabric choices, personal details, and measurements back across the pond. A couple of months later on holiday, I had two fittings in London where I met Ben, the craftsman who created my suit. Kevin brought the finished garment back to NY when it was completed. I could not be happier. It was a singular experience throughout.
