You know, it's amazing to me that an uncomfortable experience that I had at this store still disturbs me even though it has been a few years since it happened. I went in to buy a suit for an event that was coming up. The service representative I worked with seemed very helpful and encouraging, offering me fashion advice and support. As a result, I bought quite a few items. More than one suit plus more than one jacket. Also shoes and belts and shirts. Everything was going well until I called one day to see how the order was coming along (alterations were in progress). That same service representative must have thought that he put me on hold, but in fact, he did not. I heard him speak about me disparagingly to one of his colleagues! He said my name out loud to his coworker and made fun of me behind my back. Only it wasn't behind my back. I could hear every word. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. I remember the representative's name, but I'm not going to post it here. Even though he treated me with a huge lack of respect, it seems to me that posting his name here would be discourteous. (And believe me, I did nothing to deserve his negative treatment.) This was years ago, and I'm still thinking about it. Who knows? Maybe he'll read this, remember the scenario, and make fun of me behind my back all over again? So unfortunate. I trusted this person. And ended up feeling bullied.
