        We are a returning customer. Academy first replaced our buildings run down 10 year old intercom system that handles 54 apartments in our 14 story building about 3 years ago. They did a fantastic job on that project so we had them come back this year to add an additional 6 security cameras to our existing 7 camera system. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They were very fast and efficient running the cables to all the locations we needed the new cameras. I would highly recommend Academy for all your intercom, mailbox and camera installations!

        Just had Akuvox installed in our 48 unit coop , installation was very smooth and clean ,Installers went above and beyond and did additional work to make sure everything was how we wanted. Javier has been very patient helpful and above all available through the transition helping older and not so tech savvy tenants . Overall very happy with the system, facial recognition is a gamechanger for convenience and makes entry so much easier ,but there are other options for tenants not comfortable with that method of entry , like key fob ,pin code , I would recommend this company if anyone is looking to upgrade their building .

Javier was so helpful in guiding us through entry-system options for our building that we decided to add security cameras as well. Installation with Alfer and Eric was seamless. They are not only knowledgeable and thorough, but true craftsmen. Based on training and follow up with Javier to make sure all is working smoothly, Im confident we got not only a terrific entry and security solution, but a vendor partner for the longterm.
