Beyond sad about this place. Ive been getting my nails done here for about 7 months and my last two appts were with different nail techs that dont follow the same protocols for Japanese gel. Ive always wondered why the front desk asked if if it mattered if a Japanese girl did my nails or not. My nails are in the worst shape theyve been in after this last visit. The tech filed my nails down so bad and my nails are thin and not healthy anymore as theyve been with the Japanese gel in the past. I have six broken nails right now and it has only been two weeks. Also everyone charges different prices and there is no consistency.

Nina was great. It was beyond my expectations. The only thing I would love to recommend was the reception upstairs, no the front desk, was loud. I noticed it could be the only for nail salon in the back perhaps. But it would be wonderful if they can lower their voice for the spa vibe. Definitely will come back

Have been going to them for mani pedi and facials for quite some time, always on point. Also, scheduling an appointment is relatively easy, esp as their nail department is always busy, they always squeeze me in.

I feel so bad writing this I got their head spa treatment, it was absolutely underwhelming. I kept waiting for the actual relaxation part to start but it never happened The "massage" past was so sad, I have had better head massages done while getting my hair washed from a haircut It's was $200, I had tipped 18% just to be polite but overall I would have to give 0 stars Never again
