        I always take my tools to get my nails done as I dont necessarily trust that all salons follow best practices for cleaning and sterilization of their own tools. This time around, as always, I specifically asked to use my instruments only. The beauticians at the salon are in such a hurry that they dont take time to clean your cuticles in a gentle way to avoid cutting. In a hurry, this beautician picked up the salon cutter and cut my cuticle so that I started bleeding. This is absolutely unacceptable and Im not coming back at this or any other QQ Nails.

      Hello Gwen, thanks or bringing your concern to our attention and we are deeply sadden this happened to you and we will be looking into the matter with the salon manager and staff, but please rest assured that we sterilize our tools and take all necessary precautions and follow sanitizations protocol very close to make sure we are up to regulatory standard.
