My first gel mani was peeling after a day or two. Second time my gel was still sticky/tacky upon leaving. I had to rush home to add an additional top coat and cure with my own UV light. Out of all the nail salons I've been to on UES, this has easily been the worst quality manicure. Unfortunately cannot recommend Glosslab, stick to your local place. Update: after submitting customer feedback in addition to the business claiming here that they will reach out to me directly, I have not heard anything in 3 weeks.

I had high hopes for that place. What a disappointment!! The manicure didnt file the nails properly and also didnt even touch the side of my nails. She left all my cuticles there. The sad part? I told the manager and she said, Im sorry. Maybe next time we get it right .. Sad sad..

I have been twice and the gel manicure does not last more than a week. After a gel manicure I can go about 3-4 weeks before my next one. Both nail techs I had didnt cap the ends of the polish causing chipping and peeling very quickly. In my opinion, tip automatically being 20% on every service made it feel like the nail techs lacked precision and effort. I was disappointed because I anticipated loving it and feeling like after my first time I would need to participate in the unlimited membership but that just wasnt the case. Service: Gel manicure
