Wouldve been a great spot to go regularly; its clean, great atmosphere and supporting a local business. But Im giving a low rating because they pressure clients to tip 18-25% gratuity when its states its suggested. I pay about $200 every time I visit and I would gladly give a tip IF the service and customer service is up to par. I would have to constantly tell a particular nail tech about her mistakes and she would get an attitude every single time. She would then talk to her coworkers about me in mandarin stating Im too picky and fussy and how I do this every time. I ,as a paying customer, wouldnt want to tip if I cant comfortably state what it is I dislike and not receive an attitude for doing so. Its very distasteful and back handed. Once I paid for the service and tipped, the technician told me Thats not enough.. Management needs to learn how to share wages amongst employees so they wont pressure clients to pay for tip. If you do go here, I recommend you ask for Shawn ONLY. Otherwise, I wont be back.

Don't ever go to this place. I did my gel nails last week and the next day it came out one by one. I went back to get a solution but they didn't care and they said what do I do with my hands?! And to fix it, they wanted to charge me $5 for each nail. It's never happened to me before. What kind of abuse is this? Terrible customer service.

I stumbled upon this place this morning, and was absolutely thrilled with the results. I came in with absolutely trashed nails, and left with fabulous nails. I got an SNS manicure. I saw Adriana - and she did a fantastic job! Also - VERY reasonable pricing. I will definitely be back.
