I wish I could give this five stars because the experience was truly better than any nail salon Ive been to. My cuticles have never looked better. Its upsetting when just three days after spending over double what my usual manicure costs two of my nails have already chipped.

Its a solid Russian mani/pedi place. They moved down the steeet and the new salon is clean and gorgeous. I followed a specific tech here but All techs are knowledgeable and will leave your nails and toes looking good for months. Shout out to Asya, youre a true master at what you do and I love you and your work so much!!! Pricing: While I am very familiar with up charges and upselling it has to make sense. I also work in the beauty industry and to charge $30 for a French design on a $90 service is ridiculous. Thats more than 30% of the service. While I do think a company has the right to charge whatever they want it should be justifiable and in comparison to what the market is. Receptionist did a poor job at communicating and dismissed me without offering an alternative option. In return that makes me feel like they do not value my business. In addition to the dismissal she tried to get a bit sassy and ended up confirming the wrong date which I had to correct her on. I will still come here solely based on how much I enjoy the techs work. Upon my arrival I noticed a client had her medium sized poodle just walking around as if it was her home. The poodle was very friendly but she/he was not trained. Therefore, she was jumping all over people. She/he even jumped on my lap and stuck her head in my purse I have a dog so I wasnt so offended but it was very unprofessional. I came here to try a new Russian salon because my nail tech was booked until the 17th. The first issue was on their booking via Square Go they clearly state hardware manicure is the signature manicure in the description but they try to tell you its two different services. The nail tech was very rough and I was cut on 6 nails due to getting my cuticles trimmed and nails filed with the electric drill. I booked a French design which was not neat after one nail so I had it removed. Also, when it came time for my pedicure Snow barely removed any dead skin when I mentioned it to her she called the receptionist over and she tried to explain the technique to me assuming I never had a Russian pedicure and I had to let her know Im not new to Russian pedicures she simply was not doing a good job. Im not one to jump to conclusions but the receptionist assuming Ive never had a Russian mani-pedi when I came in with one was simply her try to gaslight me for the poor service I received
