        I feel like I was overcharged for the lashes I paid $118 and the lashes I received looks more like I was given classic which was $85 I also feel like I couldnt say much of anything to even fix it because they were closing and rushing to leave.i also showed the lash tech an example of how I wanted my eyes to look and they look nothing like what I showed

        doesn't feel reputable since a friend went to have them soak off their nails and they charged her $17.50 , i called today and they took a moment to talk to each other and then told me $35 for a simple soak off. when i told them my friend recently came and got it for $17 and they were trying to rip me off they back peddled but it felt shady. so i won't be going here which is unfortunate because my friend told me they did a great job at removal. shame they were shady and inconsistent in their pricing.

        Love this salon! Its very clean, peaceful, warm and inviting vs. other cluttered, sterile-like salons. Shout out specifically to Joanne. Shes my gal. Perfectionist. Attention to detail. Takes her time to get it right. Shes kind too! I am so happy this place now carries Dazzle Dry! Love this brand! Worth the extra $10. Favorite salon. Favorite technician. Favorite brand nail polish brand. Happiness!

Emma recalls that during your visit, you showed her a photo to indicate the style you desired. She mentioned discussing the option of VOLUME (3-5D) lashes, which would appear fuller, but understood you preferred the classic full set (160PCS) approach.The classic set involves applying single lashes with a thickness of 0.15 in a 1:1 ratio, while volume sets use finer lashes (0.05) but cluster 5-10 lashes per fan for a denser look. Given your beautiful, large eyes, even 160 lashes might not seem overly abundant, which might not fully match your expectations from the photo you provided.We regret any confusion or dissatisfaction you experienced. Emma was willing to stay beyond closing time to add more lashes if you desired. From the photo comparison, the results indeed look natural and beautiful.We're sincerely sorry for any misunderstanding regarding the expected outcome and the service provided.
