I got the Gel-X, and the woman who did it did a fantastic job! It was pretty pricey, but I would indeed stop by again. I rate it four stars because they don't, well, at least they didn't offer the gel-x specific color polish. And only the regular nail polish colors were offered and used. So, I don't consider it a full gel-x service without using the attended polish for it. Requested style: I requested a specific gel-x shape nail, a round medium shape, to avoid anyone manipulating the shape and unevenness. And a specific nail design on two nails that the manicurist could do. Stylist: She was amazing! Kind and attentive

I was really hoping that my visit here would be pleasant, but it was not. The staff were incredibly rude and mediocre. My regular mani with my own nails was rushed and sloppy. I actually had to clean my own nails and ask my nail tech to go over some of my nails because they were not properly done. The tech proceeded to squeeze and shove my hands(hard). I verbally had to tell her to stop squeezing into my hands. I will not be returning.
